SMSGO is a text-message-based event coordination platform operated by SMSGO LLC. The platform enables group organizers to manage events, send SMS invitations, track RSVPs, send threshold-based game-on confirmations, send reminders to non-responders, run polls, and conduct multi-question planning surveys. Our services include:
Program Name: SMSGO Event Coordination.
Program Description: SMSGO LLC sends event invitations, RSVP confirmations, threshold-based game-on notifications, reminder messages, polls, and surveys to subscribers on behalf of their group organizers.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on event scheduling and group activity.
Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan and any applicable charges.
Carriers: SMSGO messaging is supported on all major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and US Cellular. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
You may stop receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP or LEAVE to any SMSGO message. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message. You may re-subscribe by texting JOIN to the SMSGO number.

By providing your phone number to a group organizer or by texting JOIN to the SMSGO number, you consent to receive event coordination SMS messages from SMSGO on behalf of your group. This may include event invitations, RSVP confirmations, game status updates, reminders, and poll messages.
Consent to receive messages is not required as a condition of participating in any events or groups. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
If you change or deactivate your mobile number, please notify your group organizer or contact us at support@smsgo.org so we can update or remove your contact information. You will not be held liable for any failure to opt out before changing your number.
Your use of SMSGO is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Group organizers must create an account to use SMSGO. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.
As a group organizer using SMSGO, you agree to:
SMSGO operates on a prepaid credit model. Organizers purchase SMS credits in advance, and credits are deducted as messages are sent. Credit purchases are non-refundable. SMSGO LLC reserves the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice to account holders.
You agree not to use SMSGO to:
The SMSGO platform, including its design, features, and content, is owned by SMSGO LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The platform employs threshold-based event coordination methodology that is the subject of pending U.S. patent application(s). You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without our prior written consent.
SMSGO is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, timely delivery of all SMS messages, or specific results from using the platform. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. In no event shall SMSGO LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support@smsgo.org.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
