EZ Texting vs SMSGO questions.

How is SMSGO priced differently from EZ Texting?

EZ Texting sells monthly or annual plans, with Launch starting at $25 a month for 500 credits plus a $5 monthly Telecom Fee. SMSGO has no plan: you add money to a prepaid wallet and pay $0.03 per text segment and $0.003 per email as you send. A month with no messaging activity costs $0.

Isn’t $0.03 the same as an EZ Texting credit?

EZ Texting lists 1 credit as $0.03, varying by plan, with overage credits from $0.03 to $0.04. The difference is the monthly plan: at SMSGO there’s no subscription, no Telecom Fee and no credits to use before they expire, so you pay only for what you send.

Does SMSGO charge for replies?

Yes. Replies texted back are billed like texts, at $0.03 per segment, and each one is itemized. Replies from members on email are free. EZ Texting’s pricing page says inbound messages aren’t charged there.

Does my SMSGO balance expire?

No. Credit never expires. EZ Texting’s monthly plans roll unused credits over one extra billing cycle, and annual plan credits expire 12 months after purchase.

Can SMSGO send email too?

Yes. Each member chooses text or email, and one message reaches both. Email is $0.003 per email, and members on email get a formatted message with your logo and group name.

What does SMSGO do that’s different?
