Can some families get email instead of texts?
Yes. Each family chooses text or email, and you see the split and the cost before you send.
Can we message one grade or committee?
Yes. Put families into groups like “3rd grade” or “Book fair” and send to just that group, from the web or by texting #GroupName.
How do families stop messages?
Replying STOP stops all SMSGO messages, and LEAVE removes them from just your group. Family phone numbers are never sold or shared.
