Isn’t Text-Em-All pay as you go too?

Yes. Text-Em-All sells credits that never expire, starting at 9¢ per credit for 400 to 999 and dropping at higher volumes, plus Monthly plans priced by contacts. SMSGO is also pay as you go, at $0.03 per text segment and $0.003 per email, starting with $5.

Does SMSGO do voice calls?

No. SMSGO is text and email. If you need voice broadcasts, call surveys or text-to-speech, Text-Em-All offers them.

Does SMSGO charge for replies?

Yes. Replies texted back are billed like texts, at $0.03 per segment, and each one is itemized. Replies from members on email are free. Text-Em-All’s pricing page says inbound texts are always free there.

How do emoji and photos affect cost?

At SMSGO, an emoji switches a text to 70-character segments, and SMSGO shows the segment count and cost as you type. A photo text is $0.04. On Text-Em-All Credits, an enhanced text with an emoji or image is 1 credit per recipient.

What does SMSGO do beyond broadcasting?

Goal events count YES replies and announce automatically when you reach your number. You also get caps and waitlists, nudges that only reach people who haven’t answered, polls, Find a Time with places, branded Join and Contribute pages, and commands from your phone or email.

Can SMSGO members get email instead of texts?

Yes. Each member chooses text or email, and one message reaches both. RSVPs by email buttons land in the same count as texted replies.
